Evaluation of Factors Affecting Motivation of Health Professionals Using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process Method

The aim of this study is to weight the factors affecting motivation health professionals according order importance in line with opinions participants and rank these from most important least important. population research consists working a private hospital operating Bandırma district Balıkesir province, Turkey. Opinions 62 were evaluated. Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method was used factors. It seen that economic are criteria on than psychosocial managerial organizational sub-criterion highest priority among criterion "wage". When evaluated, "value status" “recognition” important; factors, "fair open management policy" found be more motivation. Based results it suggested improve professional wages can improved further development policy practice recognizes value status fair adopted.
